Q: Is the facility a house or an apartment?

The building is a 2 storied independent residential house with each floor being a complete self sustained unit, having five bedrooms with attached bathrooms, featuring a set of two lawns, a dining lounge and a fully operational kitchen.


Q: Is the guest house child friendly? Are pets allowed?

Children and babies are welcome. Pets are not allowed into the main building as courtesy to other guests who might get disturbed. However, we do provide separate enclosures where your pets would be perfectly safe and well looked after. We’re proud owners of a dog and a cat too!


Q: What is the mode of payment?

Although not rigid on this subject, we prefer cash from visitors who stay for short periods. We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) at the property. For payments by credit card, a service charge of 2.5% is applicable.


Q: What is the procedure for reserving a room in advance ?

For advance reservations we require a deposit of one night’s room rent in advance through PayPal or via wire transfer to our bank account. We do not have the facility of taking guests’ credit card numbers in lieu of reservations.


Q: Is there a phone available and is it in every room?

A phone is available to receive calls from anywhere and to make local calls. Phones are not provided in rooms. We do provide handsets with a prepaid connection on request. Recharge charges apply.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel up to 7 days before your stay then we will make no charge. If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay you will need to pay for the nights you have booked, unless we can re-let the rooms.


Q: What time is checkout on Departure?

Checkout time is 10.30 am, but please talk to us if you need to check out earlier or later.


Q: Can you cater for vegetarians or Vegans?

We do cater for vegetarians. Vegans are more than welcome to bring their own soya butter/milk and we will keep it in the fridge for you. Let us know your requirements when booking or when you check in.


Q: Do we need to bring towels and linens?

We provide soft 100% cotton hand, face and bath towels to our guests along with an assortment of complimentary toiletries from Biotique, the leading brand in luxury herbal products.
